SWS Consulting and Investments Limited, under the brand Smart Wise Solutions, is a startup company created in 2022 and based in Macau. The company aims to provide engineering services, such as, structural design; independent checking engineer; Site Supervision (RSS); 3D and building information modeling (BIM). Being sustainability one of the SWS' governance drivers, we are developing efforts to increase stakeholders' awareness about the construction heavy footprint on the greenhouse gas emissions and global warming. Meaning, SWS not only seek for solutions that can minimize those harmful emissions, as also, we provide Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) reports, based on the embodied carbon estimations associated to each structure designed by us.
