This might start with facilitating a team of senior executives to define their vision, mission and purpose in alignment with their values and strategic ambitions. Creating a shared view of such things can be more complex than anticipated as individuals and team dynamics play out. However the development of a functional and shared view of the direction of the enterprise is vital in support of shared accountabilities, resource optimisation and success! Along this pathway, the team may need to enhance their individual understanding of each other in order to appreciate different perspectives, come to some consensus and to collaborate in a healthy and fully functioning manner going. During this process individuals may value some personal and developmental support that enables him/her to align personal ambitions with organisational direction and/or vice versa. Our approach is to draw upon systemic, relational and psychodynamic evidence based practices, theories and models and the quality of our work is evidenced by the feedback and success of our clients and colleagues.
