Sympatia is an investment, development and advisory group active in Central Europe. We invest our own and clients’ funds into real estate projects, currently overseeing 23 projects with a combined market value upon completion exceeding 700 million euros. A significant part of our investments in industrial real estate is directed towards Croatia and Slovenia, regions, which we consider strategic for further development due to their geographic location, quality infrastructure, EU, NATO, and Eurozone membership. We execute our projects based on long-term lease agreements that ensure regular rental income and project profitability. As a result, we consider the financial risk of our projects to be very low. Our anchor tenants are prominent international companies with revenues typically exceeding one billion euros and low credit risk. Some of these companies include Also, Bosch, Cargo-Partner, DHL, DSV, Electrolux, HAVI, Intercars, Kuehne+Nagel, Kuka, Maersk, Mahle, Orbico, and Phoenix Group - well-recognized and stable companies ensuring regular, long-term, and sustainable rental cash flows.
