I believe that adhering to a single model may hamper flexibility and effectiveness, and therefore I provide a wide range of methodologies to fit the individual’s needs. Solution-focused – I’m affiliated with the College of Outcome Oriented and Hypno-Psychotherapies within UKCP. My goal is to deliver solution-based therapies that are tailored to the patient’s desired outcome from treatment. Person-centred – My approach is rooted in the conviction that the client and therapist collaborate on a balanced and cooperative therapeutic team, where the client’s desires are primary and their individual uniqueness is celebrated.
