we are symplicity. we create simple and delicious food made from vegetables. in 2019, Neil Rankin began experimenting with fermented vegetables to prove that plant based ‘meats’ could still taste incredible without lots of processed powders. as a professional chef and a trained butcher who is world renowned for cooking meat, who better to make something to replace it. a few years on, we are already a UK-wide supplier to the restaurant and catering industry, supplying some of the top restaurants and Michelin-starred chefs. today, we have over 11 products and growing. as a continuous new product development company with a zero waste production ethos, we are constantly creating new and distinctive products - including making our own miso and sauces from fermented tomato water. we are excited to see what the future holds.
