SYNCHRO SPACE is an innovative and dynamic hub of urban development and spatial transformation, dedicated to shaping future cities with a strong emphasis on sustainability, creativity, and community engagement. Founded by Alissa Bankovska, a visionary architect, urbanist, and innovation catalyst, SYNCHRO SPACE has become a driving force in the realm of urban development, bringing together diverse expertise and fostering collaborations to create impactful environments. The hub's activities are aimed at helping cities solve current problems and challenges with the help of innovative startup projects and teams of various specialists. Our goal is to provide city governments, developers, and businesses with new technologies to improve the quality of the urban environment and city services. Through a people-centric approach to spatial development, SYNCHRO SPACE advocates for spaces that not only serve functional needs but also resonate with the emotions and aspirations of the community. SYNCHRO SPACE conducts urban hackathons, unique programs, and events that implement the best foreign urban development practices, showcasing the transformative potential of innovative design and technology in shaping cities of the future. These events foster collaboration and creativity, allowing residents, developers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to actively contribute to the development and transformation of their urban spaces. Since 2019, SYNCHRO SPACE has successfully collaborated with 12 cities and Urban Territorial Communities (UTCs) of Ukraine, 2 regional administrations, and 4 Ukrainian Ministries. Additionally, the hub enjoys support from esteemed international partners, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Embassies of the Netherlands, Austria, Great Britain, and other international organizations.
