Rob set-up Syncrovex Consulting Ltd in February 2013 to provide Project Leadership/Management support to the pharmaceutical industry. Since that time Rob has supported small/medium pharma companies in a variety of projects including: • Leadership of a team setting up a pivotal Global Phase 3 study for Parkinson’s Disease • Project Management support for a Phase 1 clinical study in Alzheimer’s Disease • Project Management support for a Phase 1 clinical study in Acute Myeloid Leukaemia • Leadership of a team developing a medical device for various emergency indications • Support for communication of global development programmes to senior management • Advice to various companies to create appropriate development programmes • Due Diligence activities to support potential in-licensing opportunities Rob brings broad experience to Syncrovex Consulting, from early phase development through Ph clinical development, EU and US product commercialisation and on to Life-Cycle Management (LCM). This expertise in Programme/Project Management and general drug development provides the basis for a varied and broad consultancy service. Rob’s experience includes: • Directing cross-functional project teams • Working with the functional experts to devise appropriate project strategy • Strategic project planning, using tools such as Microsoft Project. • Timeline management and resource/budget management. • Tracking of project milestones against the Project Gantt chart Rob’s experience is broad and varied across all development functions. In addition, his knowledge of the non-clinical development is a valuable resource and enables Syncrovex Consulting to offer the design and management of non-clinical programmes to support the overall product development. Rob also has a strong network of contacts in the pharmaceutical arena and has the capability to bring together a ‘virtual’ project team if this was required for a specific project.
