Synergy Wound Technology, LLC. is a California-based healthcare technology company specializing in improving the delivery of wound care. Synergy innovates technology to revolutionize and improve the delivery of wound care to the at-risk population. We think of ourselves as a "Defragmentation Toolbox" to solve the giant problem of fragmentation of wound care, that leads to billions of wasted dollars both in the US and globally. Our first contribution to solve the wound care problem is our digital health platform, InteliWound. This system consists of a mobile application, a linked web application, and workflows encompassing a companion asynchronous telemedicine app. Synergy's go-to-market strategy places InteliWound in the post-acute setting, thereby providing comprehensive physician-guided wound management to those patients with the least mobility and the greatest medical risk.
