The company was established in and in early 2011 we entered a joint venture agreement with King’s Eye Investments Limited, British Virgin Island (Synnex), one of subsidiaries of Synnex Technology International Corp. Synnex is a listed company in Taiwan Stock Exchange and one of the leading global player in ICT distribution business with good international reputation. As Indonesia leading ICT distributor, SMI distributes the ICT products to agents, dealers or resellers in large quantity (wholesale) throughout seven distribution centers in Jakarta, Bandung, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar. It is supported by four logistics and sales force in Padang, Palembang, Pontianak, Banjarmasin and eight sales force in Banda Aceh, Pekanbaru, Jambi, Teluk Betung, Samarinda, Palangkaraya, Manado and Denpasar.
