ABOUT SYSTEM SERVICES GROUP, LLC System Services Group, LLC is a compact, general practical Information Technology (IT) support provider. Our staff has been offering IT services to small- and mid-sized businesses since 1993, and we pride ourselves on cost effective tailored solutions. Our operations are independent of any particular hardware or service so we can recommend the absolute best solution to your problem. We augment our staff with other IT professionals and experts as the project loan and specialties demand. OUR MAIN OBJECTIVE To provide the most appropriate solutions and services for the most reasonable cost! Dean Roork, President, is a Digital Systems Engineer. He was educated at Drexel University as an Electrical Engineer. He worked in staff and leadership roles in R&D and manufacturing, primarily in computer-based automation and information systems. He continues to enjoy the challenges of today’s technology (you might call him a nerd). In his free time, you’ll find him teaching his grandsons about technology through Arduino devices, computers and remote controls (aircraft, boats and cars). He also finds enjoyment in other hobbies, such as bicycling, canoeing, fishing and fly tying. His favorite, however, is studying history – don’t be afraid to ask him about it.
