Solutions are discussed and determined by our team of developers, engineers, and qualified subject matter experts. A detailed quote will be provided for each solution. If your solution includes a project, project work is conducted in a efficient and expedient manner. All changes and tasks performed during a monthly cycle are delivered in a clear, concise and professional detailed invoice, and include a technical debriefing to the customer's/contractor's project manager at the conclusion of the collaborative engagement. Ongoing maintenance is step 3 and uses our state of the art maintenance program that is available to all customers and contractors.
