T&B Capital is a specialist independent private equity company based in Mayfair, London. Principally focused on mid-market alternative real estate and asset-backed operating companies, we look for opportunities to create institutional quality products in under-appreciated asset classes. In conjunction with our strategic partners T&B Capital currently owns and manages a portfolio of UK holiday resorts and residential parks, and advises on investments into greenfield and brownfield real estate across the leisure and hospitality sectors. As traditional property markets continue to undergo a period of correction, this has resulted in lower rental values, capital growth, and total returns for investors. We are convinced that - with the right approach - alternatives can offer many of the same defensive characteristics attributed to traditional real estate, with significant potential for upside.
