360° Servicing and One stop fixing solution for all lifestyle based electrical devices and hardware. Primarily T-fix serves on the 4 core functions. Firstly: Here each device is passed through a diagnostic test (A compatible test done to evaluate, analyze and measure the computing ability scoring of any device and later vetted by certified engineers). Then the user is debriefed with issues and upon receiving a confirmation message for further action, fixers are delegated with fixing assignments. Strict timeline and quality assurance of the spare parts are closely monitored. After completion of the fixing task, devices are sent for a quality test and finally the journey concludes when the customer receives the product. Secondly: T-fix is still conducting research where we're trying to figure out the best possible solution of 2.81 million tonnes of e-waste generated by 170 million Bangladeshi people. But the concept is to create an interactive internet platform concerning all active citizens where they can liquidate their unused electrical devices at a fair salvage value. Thirdly: Reseller platform works very easily as customers can showcase electrical products and sell it to the highest bidder. Lastly: In the upcycle and recycle world of T-fix, scrap and functionable e-wastes are segregated and either served as spare parts for multidimensional electrical market or such parts are combined with precision engineering in order to create a different product for sustainability and re-use.
