In General: We offer 0.3%~0.6% FOC items depending on the model. Our product quality warranty is 12 months. For Quotation and Product quality: Our cost includes packaging and 100% quality assurance, we achieve 100% quality assurance by doing full QC inspection not only during production but also again when packing, and we always add a battery protective board to all of our products. For Packaging: We usually provide very good English user manual and package die-cut for OEM projects. For OEM orders. we always use better packaging materials in order to protect our customer’s brand image, and we also add protective film or PE bag on the package surface for protection. For Better and Extra Service: We also provide HD advertising images of your branded products after an OEM order is ready for shipment.
