T&T Assets Group Assets was born from a residential property investment company that has been operating along with its Directors personal property ventures since 2012. The previous focus has been on conducting heavy refurbishments to run down properties along main transport routes into the city centres and the purchasing of city centre apartments. Over time a trusted team has been built to provide high quality family and city living in areas of solid capital growth and strong rental demand. This operation has taken place across the East and West Midlands and Manchester. T&T Assets Group was set up as a development arm which focuses on converting run down and out of date commercial premises into modern, innovative residential units for the sales and rental markets. The business is predominantly operating in the East and West Midlands and has multiple developments in progress at any given time.
