As opposed to our competition we aim to minimise the subcontractor practice applying our own employee groups and equipment parks, we solve the tasks financially independently. We continuously train our employees both inside and outside of our organisation. Except for service providers and manufacturers only T2-Com has created a testlab that has all the RAN elements of a wireless network (from the base station, microwave connection, all the way to base station control - BSC ). The internal training is not only paper based - we can focus on the specific projects in lab environment.
