Code Level Performance Testing: ASME Code level tests for rankine cycle and combined cycle power plants (PTC 46), simple cycle gas turbines (PTC 22), and component level tests (PTC 4, 4.4, 6, 6.2 and more) Annual Performance Testing: Where contracts specify specific procedures for PPA or Tolling Agreement verification of heat rate and capacity; with or without a cogeneration host.
