WHO WE ARE T4G Properties Incorporated (T4G) was established by Tom and Geranie dela Cruz in 2021. T4G is a Canadian owned and operated real estate company focused on creating a portfolio of multi-family properties throughout Canada. T4G is focused on growing a portfolio of multi-family investment properties to provide positive returns to company stakeholders while growing the competency of investment property ownership in members of their close community. WHAT WE DO T4G is proud to be able to share its success and help others by guiding new investors in buying multi-family rental properties, strategies and wholesaling. HOW WE WORK The main markets involvement are the real estate sales market and the investment property market. Deals are generated through existing relationships and buyers are provided with a value-added support service to build their competencies in investment property ownership. Investment property ownership is focused on building a large, revenue generating portfolio of multi-family buildings with ongoing rental income. Investment properties are managed through property managers in close proximity to the property.
