Ta Dialogues

TA Dialogues is India’s largest platform for Talent Acquisition Function, with a reach of over 1 lakh professionals. Set up with an objective of deepening the impact of talent acquisition function, it is the perfect platform for knowledge sharing, insights and reflections on TA. We bring together various stakeholders to enable a seamless flow of ideas and bring out the best of thought leadership. It all began with an idea to curate a platform directed towards bringing together the niche community of TA professionals and highlighting the issues in this world. Our journey began after numerous interactions with the community and realizing the need for a platform that can integrate learning, knowledge sharing, and insights. It started with a small gathering called Recruiters’ Breakfast Series in September 2016, and it soon went on to become the torch bearer for facilitating discussions around the future of talent acquisition industry and challenges faced in day to day business.
