There is massive amount of data that needs to be incorporated into the analysis in order to generate predictive values over the required time horizon, in particular since our time horizon for stock picks predictions is 10-30 Market days. AI is not a “holy grail”, but a tool and a process that can be used to help solve many problems, including predicting performance of stocks in the future. Numerous techniques exist in AI, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Expert Systems, Fuzzy Logic and Robotics. Our focus is on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks combined with quantitative tech algorithms and their inter-relationships, which helps improve the ability to predict future stocks performance. Traditional quantitative analysis in finance typically focuses on technical vs. fundamental analysis, using, for example, Moving Averages or RSI on the one hand, and valuation metrics such as P/E or Price/Sales on the other hand, to predict future stock performance. Our approach and process is to apply the science of AI & Machine Learning to vast amounts of data from NYSE/NASDAQ and Canada so as to generate actionable trades. The founder of TAAi Technologies is Israeli born, Harvard educated PhD, former academician, an entrepreneur and a quant, who has traded and invested in the stock market for over 30 years, managed boutique Hedge Fund and has also been engaged in real estate investments & development.
