Tabitha Hume

Tabitha Hume is a registered clinical dietician with over 20 years experience in the private sector of dietetics practice. She has devoted her life and passion to teaching people how to eat to manage and cure their physical problems. She does this for people of all ages, genders, sizes and cultures, who are physically sick, constantly tired, in some pain, frightened and confused about nutrition and who are desperate to find a sensible lifestyle solution that they find easy to fit into their, unique, lives. Tabitha helps them to feel healthier, calmer and free of pain or disease. She teaches people HOW to feel energised, empowered, and enthusiastic about eating well. After consultations with Tabitha, one feels that life is easier to live, that one has ‘permission’ to feel rewarded by, and to celebrate food again.
