About When Debra Jay founded her company in 2006, she sparked the fire of a nascent industry. There was no concept of custom illuminated designs, so Deb created one. Born in North West London, Deb has always been interested in design and styling. After graduating in Window Dressing and Styling at the University of the Arts London, she feels very thankful to create designs and concepts that transform venue spaces into spectacular parties.
