Niall Reynolds is a leader in Project Controls for Large Capital Programs, with over 30 years of experience managing large scale international capital projects across many aspects of the construction industry, including Cost and Project Controls, Business Process development, Risk, Finance, Scheduling, and Training. A global project controls processes and systems SME, Niall has spent the last 10+ years working with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, designing, developing, and deploying Business Processes and Systems to manage project controls resources and facilitate world class project management. Niall has a degree in Construction Economics, from the Dublin College of Technology, a Bachelor of Science (Surv) from Dublin University and a Master of Arts from Trinity College. He has been an elected member of the Royal Institution of Charter Surveyors, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Association of Cost Engineers.
