Taconic Capital Advisors L.P. is a global alternative investment manager pursuing an event-driven, multi-strategy approach with a strong emphasis on capital preservation. The Firm was founded in by former Goldman Sachs partners Frank Brosens and Ken Brody and maintains offices in New York and London. Leveraging a bottom-up, research-driven investment process, we strive to generate compelling risk-adjusted returns over multiple market cycles, with low volatility and low correlation/beta to equity and fixed income markets. Our strategies include opportunistic credit, merger arbitrage, catalyst-driven equities, and real estate, as well as a co-investment platform. Taconic currently manages assets across its flagship hedge fund, and various opportunistic/committed capital vehicles targeting North American credit, European credit, commercial real estate, and merger arbitrage.
