Tactical Business is a boutique business strategy consulting firm that focuses on revenue optimization for first-response agencies and small businesses. We work passionately to provide our clientele with access to sources of private and government funded programs by utilizing existing sources of funds, and assisting both private and governmental agencies in the development of new sources of funding through government relations and legislative initiatives.
