Tactical Operators Training Center

Tactical Operators Training Center is an Illinois state-approved firearms training academy for group or individual handgun instructional needs; we offer Illinois concealed carry course, certification for expandable batons, handcuffing, OC pepper spray, and 20-hour security officers firearms certification and recertification. Established in 2011. Tactical Operators Training Center was founded by Joel Rossi, with extensive experience in the security and private investigations field, former chief of police. Approved IDPR firearms instructor and approved NRA law enforcement firearms instructor. As we offer additional courses in private to group or individual personal instruction in handgun proficiency, we specialize in proper safety handling of a firearm. A formal chief of the Illinois police reserve has always had a passion for training and education of law enforcement and teaches the concealed carry course here in Illinois his office, located in Chicago, provides all 8/12/ and 16 hours required by the state police Mr. Rossi is a licensed firearms instructor recognized by The NBA as a law enforcement handgun and shotgun instructor. IDPR registered firearms instructor located in the portage park area near Central and Belmont.
