The Tadamun Bank was established under the name of Al-Andalus National District Bank as a Libyan joint stock company & in accordance with the provisions of commercial law No.(65) under register number (53039), dated:26/08/1998, with a capital of ten million dinars, and its main center Tripoli, and in 2007 As part of the restructuring of the bank, the bank was renamed from Al-Andalus Al Ahli District Bank to The Arab Commercial Bank and raised the capital to LYD ( thirty-three million, three hundred and thirty-three) thousand Libyan dinars.
