TAI COLLECTIVE is a digital studio that empowers Māori & Pasifika youth to produce high-quality creative solutions for our clients. Clients that choose TAI COLLECTIVE to produce their creative work help to give young people the opportunity to earn money and develop specialist skills while gaining real-world experience in the creative industries by working on real-client projects. The young people that work at TAI COLLECTIVE are mentored and guided by experienced creative professionals that are experts in their respective creative fields and work with them to complete client projects to an extremely high-quality professional standard. As we are a Charitable Trust all proceeds from commissioned work are equally shared amongst mentors and the rangatahi. So rangatahi get to earn while the learn, and are able to appreciate the value of the skills that they are learning and gaining experience in.
