To play Taiko requires motivation, discipline, focus and passion. Liz Walters has over 20 years experience working with children and adults from all walks of life and has truly dedicated her time and passion to helping others find their physical, mental and emotional power, confidence and self esteem through this traditional and inspiring artform. The concept of Taiko as a Therapy was formed many years ago and is now finally making its debut built on the strong foundations of Liz's experience working within so many individuals and groups, within so many different realms and settings. Just one session with Liz will see you wonderfully exhausted on one level and equally (if not more) energised and rejuvenated in the body and soul on another, with a huge sense of empowerment and joy.
