All of the fish we serve is supplied by our own fish house in Arbroath, G&A Spink Fish Merchants. Our fish is ethically caught by MSC Registered Boats from the North Sea and we then process 95% of our fish ourselves. The Tailend has just been listed as the top Restaurant in Scotland by the National Fish & Chip Awards and one of the top 10 in the UK! We were also nominated Top 3 in Fife Business Awards and have most recently been nominated for a thistle award! We believe in supporting other local independents, so all our products are sourced as close to home as we can find it!
