The company initiated and set up a state of art integrated manufacturing facility for manufacture of complete range of Lead-Acid Battery, at UT Chandigarh and Baddi in Himachal Pradesh. The group turnover continues to takes long strides everyday. Present Status Operating Income Increased Sharply(149.6%)with growth of sales margin through cost shaving sales in the first half increased slightly (0.8%) from the preceding year same period. Net Profit Decreased 54.2% from the preceding year same period despite operating income growth as temporary non-operating income of tangible asset disposal gain was reflected in preceding year. Financial stability is maintained with ample liquidity, debt ration and dependence lower than industry average.
