Laura founded Take New Ground in 2012 and works an independent consultant as well as strategically in partnership with a team of consultants where necessary. She works as a change management consultant and executive coach and draws from her experience in Organisational development to ensure the seemless transition of change down to the personal mastery level. She draws from a number of methodologies, frameworks & tools that she is accredited in, like the BluePrint Toolset & Neuroscience and the Integrative Enneagram and she works on managing change holistically to ensure systemic transformation. She facilitates team coaching, leadership development & strategy workshops in the corporate environment and on a voluntary basis as a positive contribution to South Africa's socio-economic development. She engages in structured conversation with executives which is measurable so that you can walk away with sustainable outcomes, clarity and direction for your organisation. She believes it is essential to ask the right questions because this has the power to invite you on a quest to create value and growth.
