Our patented Take Your Selfie stands come in a range of materials and colours to adapt to any event or location, and allow tourism boards, destination marketing companies and venues to utilise the popularity of ‘selfies’ – images taken of oneself, usually to post on social media – to market their area or venue in an organic way. As ‘selfies’ are usually taken with a smartphone, they rarely capture the surrounding area successfully – something which is frustrating for both the photo taker and the destination. Many of the Take Your Selfie stands are permanent and set up with specific intention, allowing iconic landmarks, landscapes and local architecture to be captured and shared on social media. This results in an improved user experience, as well as the chance to showcase new areas to those travelling as well as their friends, families and followers on social media. More than just stands, this patented experience allows visitors to discover and take great selfies at top tourist spots as well as using a selfie map or personalised app created in partnership with the destination. Individual stands are also available for hospitality and event venues, with the option to customise stands in corporate colours and branding or with event or location names.
