Take2Life At Take2Life, we provide case management, clinical training, and supervision for adults and families living with complex neurological needs after catastrophic injury or negligence. Based in the South East of England, we work across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Hampshire & Isle of Wight, Hertfordshire, London, Surrey, and Sussex. We are a small, specialist team of associate case managers, clinical trainers, and support staff who share the same passion: helping people rebuild their lives. Our approach is bespoke and holistic, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and legal partners to ensure every client receives the right support at the right time. Our Services Case Management – from Initial Needs Assessments (INAs) to sourcing services, coordinating care, and liaising with solicitors and professionals. Training – clinician-led training in complex care skills (e.g. Medication, Epilepsy, Suctioning, Enteral Feeding) as well as non-clinical topics like Team Leadership and Supervision. Clinical Supervision & Assessment – structured supervision, clinical assessments, and clear competency frameworks for care teams. Accessing Services – practical guidance for families in navigating community resources and support networks.
