Talbert & Bright (TBI) was incorporated in the State of North Carolina in 1989 by principals W. Stephen Bright, P.E. and John T. Talbert P.E to provide a higher level of airport consulting services to General Aviation and Commercial Service airports throughout the Southeast US. During the past 30 years, TBI has grown from its original office in Wilmington, NC to create three independent company locations in Charlotte, NC; Richmond, VA; and Columbia, SC. Our staff and its sister companies have performed over airport planning, design, and construction projects throughout North and South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Maryland.
