Since starting my journey with Talent Business consulting, the hardest part has been explaining exactly what it is I do. So, here goes: At Talent Business Consulting, our mission is to empower SME recruitment businesses in the UK and internationally by offering them access to the expertise of a senior Operations Director or Business Strategy Consultant—without the heavy cost of full-time employment. The demand for fractional expertise is growing. As a founder or CEO, juggling every aspect of your business can be overwhelming. Hiring full-time, non-revenue-generating staff too early can damage your cost-to-profit ratio. By offering my services on a day rate that can be as flexible as one day a month, I help your business become what you envisioned it to be. Unlike other consultants, I’m not here to impose a rigid template or insist on my way of doing things. My approach is to work alongside you, helping you realise the potential of the dreams you’ve already set in motion. Throughout my 25-year career, I’ve always seen myself as a problem solver.
