Talent Citizen is a woman-owned executive search firm that taps into the nation’s best thinkers in the civil, corporate, and nonprofit sectors in their pursuit of positive social impact. Putting equity at the center of it all, Talent Citizen reaches across boundaries of sector and discipline to recruit transformational C-level and director-level professionals across mission-driven ecosystems. We partner with nonprofit, education, philanthropic, research, policy, and advocacy organizations nationally and internationally that represent a range of leadership governance models including boards of directors, regents, commissioners, and funder and field collaboratives. Our projects explore the intersections of racial and social justice, community redevelopment and transformation, arts and culture, jobs and economic mobility, education, strengthening democracy, data for good, environmental sustainability and climate justice, public health, health equity, medical research, and healthcare.
