Facing an interview has always been a big challenge for people, not because they don’t have the talent/knowledge, rather it’s due to the lack of confidence in themselves. Many of our friends was facing the same issue. Despite being intelligent & hard-working, they could not crack the first round of interview at an MNC (their dream company) and were blocked for next 6 months. This incepted an idea in our mind that there should be a way to conduct the similar round of interview so that candidates can have a round of mock interview by industry/domain specialist before the actual interview.
