Talent Match, Inc. is a social enterprise working to close the skills gap among Rwandan college-educated youth. Talent Match is stepping in to bridge the skills gap by equipping students and recent graduates with the skills, experiences, and networks they need to successfully launch their careers. It does so by partnering with both universities and employers to create career development programs that serve as a bridge in solving the skills gap and mismatch in Rwanda. Beyond the career development program for students and recent graduates, Talent Match also welcomes skills-development and capacity building to interested individuals, groups and companies. Talent Match offers skills training and HR services.
