We have partnered a B2B2C sales, distribution & service organisation for some 14 years, helping them grow from £100m to £500m in the UK, including running assessment centres for MD, Ops. Director, Marketing Director, HR Director, plus senior management roles and development centres for middle management. We have worked with the UK senior leadership team of another B2B2C organisation to improve their leadership effectiveness. Assessed 358 middle and senior mangers of a leisure business to “raise the service bar”, identifying talent and training needs. We have developed competency profiles for a specialist food manufacturing business and run assessment centres based on those competencies. Other projects we have been involved in is the project management of the relocation some 2500 people from London to Reading, retaining over 60% of the staff, assessing 759 people in 12 counties in 5 weeks following a merger and supporting 1200 people on 27 sites in the UK following the announcement of the closure of the division within the parent company.
