We’re a team of four former talent acquisition leads, all with executive search backgrounds; collectively, we’ve scaled 19 tech start-ups and facilitated over hires - giving us a unique perspective and an equally unique approach to high-performing talent acquisition. We’ve been refining this method for over a decade. In November 2024, Harvard Business Review called it the future of recruitment.
