Our Test & Shape® approach, with its two-step process, meets this need: TEST (very precisely assessing the different facets of potential: skills, motivation, competencies, etc.) and SHAPE (realising potential, shaping competencies, developing talent, etc.). We provide organizations with tailor-made interventions. Our approach to individuals is adaptive to meet their needs as closely as possible. Pragmatic and rigorous, our approach is resolutely solution-oriented. It is based on the conviction that, like skills, talent is built. Our expertise is based on strong values: strict confidentiality, autonomy and respect for each client. Our consultants are all seasoned coaching professionals and rely on solid professional experience, particularly in individual and group coaching (minimum 10 years), HR consulting, teaching (educational engineering, training, etc.) and management. The fact that they have more than one string to their bow allows them to build, beyond coaching, responses adapted to the needs of each client. Our Test & Shape ® coaching approach is a two-step process: 1) Test: a multidimensional and rigorous evaluation of the professional potential combining interviews and the use of internationally recognised psychometric tests and questionnaires, the use of which requires certification; 2) Shape: a tailor-made development support combining coaching, training and/or consulting phases.
