Our flagship offerings:* CruciBold – an innovative, 11-month leadership Development program for company-nominated and self-sponsored women executives.* Annual Conference on Women in Leadership– a platform that brings together leaders from different sectors, youth and experts to discuss and explore a thematic issue pertaining to empowering girls and women to reach leadership positions.* Perception survey of organizations – we survey your employees to assess the women-friendliness of your organization Our Team: Ipsita Kathuria, our Founder, is an HR and Talent Management professional who has served in Senior Leadership positions at IMF in the US and in public and private sector organizations in India. She and other team members have extensive experience in talent and performance management, leadership development, building diversity, and inclusion. We are a non-profit organization, affiliated with TalentNomics Inc. US.
