We are TalentWeb. A team of Internet geeks, recruitment professionals and career coaches. We support organisations by finding the talent they need, but are unable to find on their own. TalentWeb is an online sourcing partner for organisations in The Netherlands and Internationally, that want to start with proactive and predictive recruitment. We are sourcing experts who collect a lot of data on the recruitment process and also potential candidates. Because of this we have a lot of insight as to where those candidates are located, what moves them and which other organisations you are competing with for the same vacancy. Our experience with proactive and predictive recruitment means that we are able to work fast and effective.
