Talk and Grow is a online booking system that's goal is to make the process of finding a therapist or counsellor, easy. Finding the right person to talk to can be overwhelming, that's why we've created an easy to use match, book and talk system. We believe that finding a counsellor should be simple, especially if you are in a difficult place when searching for one. The world of therapy can be a bit daunting if you don’t know what to look for, so we want to help. We aim to help clients with a tailored search, meaning they can look for the counsellor they want with ease and provide support and education whilst doing so. When creating Talk and Grow, we did so with counsellors and therapists in mind. We have spoken to over 200 counsellors to make sure this platform is as beneficial for those listening as it is for those wanting to talk. We help counsellor's market their services whilst providing an easy to use electronic diary with a centralized payment system, meaning we can handle the admin they can do the counselling. Accessibility is our reason for being as we believe the more accessible finding a counsellor is, the more people will take that brave step. One of the main mottos at Talk and Grow is; counselling is for everyone. This is because we believe everyone should feel as though they can arrange to speak to someone when they need to. Therapy is not just for those with mental health problems, which is sometimes a misconception people believe. It is, in fact, for anyone who needs to talk. That’s why we’re here.
