Talking Cedar Brewery & Distillery

Talking Cedar is brewery and distillery proudly owned by the Chehalis Tribe and built on Tribal land in Southwest Washington. Our name honors both the oral traditions of the Chehalis people and the cedar trees that have long sustained them. In 2018, we helped overturn a centuries-old federal ban on alcohol production on Tribal lands, opening doors for Indigenous communities nationwide. Today, we share the spirit of the Pacific Northwest with pride—crafted with heritage, resilience, and community at its core.
