After an initial consultation, if you choose to continue working with us, we'll book you a 1-hour assessment appointment. During this session, we'll gather further details about your current struggles, childhood, family, relationships, medication, self-harm, and other risks. How will Talking Counselling find the right counsellor for you? We'll match you with the most suitable counsellor based on the assessment and your psychological struggles, ensuring that our team provides the support you need. We offer a range of therapy approaches, including Person-Centred therapy, Integrative counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic, Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Pluralistic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
