Talksgroup

We provide a safe and supportive space for employees to openly discuss their mental health and wellbeing. Our trained facilitators facilitate conversations and provide resources and support to help individuals grow and thrive in their personal and professional lives. Through our program, employees are able to connect with others who may be going through similar experiences, providing a sense of community and support. They are also able to learn coping skills and strategies to improve their mental health and wellbeing. In addition to our group sessions, we also offer individual therapy and support to help employees overcome specific challenges and reach their goals. Our goal is to help individuals and companies create a culture of mental health and wellbeing, leading to happier and more productive employees.
