Talliant Advisors was founded as we saw a gap in the market to provide quality talent advisory services to clients at a more reasonable price point and faster turnaround time. This is especially true for startups and smaller companies which do not have the luxury of having a big team of in-house talent management/ acquisition resources to fill senior and strategic roles and at the same time, find the relatively hefty and upfront fees charged by big, retained search firms prohibitive. Meanwhile large MNCs which can afford expensive fees often lament the slow turnaround time. As a boutique, we operate as a lean team and hence our time-to-market in engaging candidates will be much faster while maintaining the quality of work. Talliant comes from the words “Talent” and “Brilliant”. We believe that everyone is a talent in his/her own right. If talents are placed in a role that allows them to realise their full potential, it would be a brilliant outcome for the organizations they work for and for themselves.
