Bought 403 and 405 Walnut St, Harrisburg and redeveloped into shops and restaurants with residential lofts apartments above. 1989 Acquired the Landmark Belvedere Brownstone (circa 1917) at 711 N 2nd St Harrisburg. Frank completely restored the entire building into ten luxury apartments.
